3. Purchases, Payments & No Refund Policy

Masterclasses
Digital downloads
Certificates
Replays or recordings
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:
No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued
This applies whether or not you attend a live session
Access to digital content begins immediately upon purchase
This policy is consistent with digital education industry standards and California law for digital goods and services.
4. Live Workshops & Access
For live workshops:
Access details (e.g., Zoom links) will be provided via email or within the platform
Attendance is the responsibility of the participant
Live attendance is not guaranteed due to technical issues beyond our control
If a replay is offered, access will be provided as stated on the course or workshop page. Replays are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated.
5. Certificates of Completion
Certificates issued by Mr. Lulu Academy:
Acknowledge course completion only
Do not imply certification, accreditation, licensure, or professional endorsement
Are not recognized by state boards unless otherwise explicitly stated
Certificates may be withheld if completion requirements are not met.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including videos, protocols, demonstrations, PDFs, e-books, trademarks, logos, and educational materials—is the exclusive property of Mr. Lulu Academy and is protected under U.S. and international intellectual property laws.
You may not:
